Victoria Cross is a new integrated station precinct in the heart of North Sydney, combining a commercial tower, retail laneways, and public domain improvements above the Sydney Metro’s Victoria Cross Station. The development is designed to support enhanced connectivity, workplace experience, and community activation at the edge of Sydney’s CBD.

Rising above the new metro infrastructure, the precinct integrates premium office space, activated ground-plane retail, and improved public domain connections. The development is planned to transform the suburb’s urban environment while offering easy access to major destinations across the Sydney metropolitan area.

Location

Victoria Cross combines a metro station base with a high-rise commercial and retail precinct designed to support a vibrant urban core. The project will include retail activation at the ground and concourse levels, enhanced pedestrian connections, and public green spaces integrated within the urban fabric.

The commercial tower portion promotes flexible workplace environments with premium grade specifications and views across Sydney Harbour and the CBD. The precinct supports a dynamic mix of uses tailored to future workplace and community needs.

Designed with sustainability and occupant wellbeing in mind, the project targets leading international standards in environmental performance and resilience.

Design Approach

Victoria Cross is designed to integrate major transport infrastructure with high-quality urban amenity. Spatial planning emphasises connectivity, public activation, and sustainability — weaving together commercial workplace environments, retail thoroughfares, and landscaped public areas that respond to North Sydney’s evolving role as an extension of Sydney’s CBD.
