White Rock is a contemporary mixed-use development located directly opposite Collaroy Beach on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The project combines residential apartments with ground-level retail spaces, providing a calm and cohesive built form within a coastal context.

Positioned within a walkable distance of cafes, local shops, and transport services, the development responds to the established residential character of Collaroy while contributing a considered architectural presence along the beachfront.

Architectural form and material selections support long-term performance and durability in a coastal environment. The design approach emphasises clarity of massing and integration with the beachfront context, responding to both the residential and commercial elements of the site.

Public and communal spaces are oriented to maximise amenity while maintaining a calm relationship with the beach and streetscape.

The design for White Rock balances residential comfort with retail functionality in a coastal setting.
